My corporate experiences include as a Project Manager for a brand new local Mineral Water Bottle Factory Development and 7 years as Head Corporate of Quality and Food Safety Department & Management Representative for Big Tree Farms, an FCC that focuses on manufacturing and exporting organic certified coconut sap and cacao base products. Among my key roles are to set up the company quality and food safety standard and strategy to achieve the company’s objectives which covered thousands of organic farmers, 3 Business Units, and a Plantation across Indonesia.

My consulting project includes : 

• R&D and Scientific regulatory affair for US Patent Application in alternative sweetener production process
• Various R&D, Product/Process Development and Project Management for Local Specialty Ingredients/ Artisanal Produtcs such as: specialty coffee, specialty tea & tisane, RTD cold-pressed juice, honey, spices, alternative sweetener 
• OEM and ODM management 
• Supply Chain Compliance
